At 9:40AM on 11/25/19, the North Carolina Department of Information Technology experienced a connectivity issue which impacted bids and awards of the 11/25/19 10:00AM Surplus Auction. The DIT Service Status announcement states that "DIT has isolated the connectivity issue to an issue within AT&T's network. It is currently affecting 2 of our Raleigh Hosts circuits which provide connectivity to roughly 65 sites. DIT has escalated the issue to AT&T and they are actively working to resolve the issue."
In response, Surplus is Voiding ALL November 25, 2019 auctions. The items will be rebid at the next available opportunity.
